with Robin Rose Bennett, Wisewoman Healing Ways
Tuesday, September 22nd | 7:00PM - 8:15PM EST
"Alchemy at its root is the transformation of the self."
Dedicated to self-transformation, The Alchemist's Kitchen hosts events with the goal of education, community, and empowerment. The Alchemist's Kitchen began as a premier destination spot for botanical remedies, but has since emerged as a gateway into a conscious lifestyle. All our digital offerings are curated to elevate and expand the mind, body, and soul.
It can feel hard to say goodbye to Summer, but as we learn to celebrate all the cycles and seasons of life, not just our “favorites”, it helps us meet life, and our health, as it is, not as we think it “should” be … this is liberating! And empowering.
We’ll explore a green witch approach to greeting the transitional autumn season with more warming foods and nourishing infusions that build resiliency within our bodies to help prepare them/us for colder weather.
We’ll conclude our evening with a simple, meaningful ritual to celebrate the autumn equinox with story, song, drumming and meditation. Please bring a candle to light to celebrate your personal harvest, and optionally, feel free to create your own altar featuring the fruits of autumn. (See Robin Rose’s book: Healing Magic: A Green Witch Guidebook to Conscious Living for additional suggestions and more information regarding the autumn equinox).
